Grief yoga therapy will help you shift the grief in your body. This program offers an opportunity to be held in a safe environment, be seen and heard within a supportive group, and shift your grief within your body, calm your mind, and restore your spirit after your loss. This program is carefully created to be suitable for beginners to yoga, or for those who currently practice yoga, all fitness levels, and stages of grief.

Expressing Grief Arts Therapy Program
8 Week Program (2.5 hours per week)
In Studio or Virtual via ZoomAn integrated creative arts therapy program designed to help you express your thoughts and emotions, and discover healthy and therapeutic ways to process your grief within a safe and supportive environment. This program explores a range of creative arts designed to help you express your loss, especially if you struggle to put your grief into words. Creativity becomes the bridge between the inner world of grief and the outer world of shared human experience. No creative skills required as it’s more about the process and not creating a masterpiece.

Somatic & Expressive Grief Therapy Program
12 Week Program (2.5 hours per week)
In Studio or Virtual via ZoomAn intensive fusion of somatic and expressive therapies, this program offers you a deep exploration through your grief as you immerse yourself in a range of holistic therapies including somatic grief yoga therapy, meditation therapy, and expressive arts therapy. This intensive program will support you in understanding and processing your grief on a deeper level, as well as learning to evolve with your grief, and discovering who you are after your loss. This program is suitable for all grievers, all levels of fitness and yoga, and no creative skills needed.
