Holistic Grief Wellness was founded following my own deep grief and loss, combined with my background in holistic wellness, to offer compassionate and heart-centred holistic grief support. The intention was to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can openly explore, process, and move through your grief.
I understand that grief is deeply personal, and no two experiences of loss are ever the same. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and all-consuming at times, impacting every aspect of your life… physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My role is not to fix your grief or make it go away, but to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, authenticity, and gentle guidance as you learn to carry and process your loss.
I am passionate about supporting others through grief, and my work is grounded in a holistic approach that recognises the deep connection between the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Grief can be experienced and held within each part of our being, often showing up in different ways. By creating space to acknowledge, support, and process grief within each of these areas, it can help soften the intensity of grief, support emotional healing, and nurture a greater sense of grounding, connection, and self-compassion throughout your journey.
I offer a range of services tailored to support individuals and groups through grief. Whether you are seeking one-on-one support or connection within a community of others who understand grief, my intention is for you to feel supported, seen, heard, and held.
Holistic Grief Wellness exists to provide a sacred space where your grief is welcome, your story can be shared openly, and you are supported in finding your own path forward, while continuing to honour the love and connection that remains.
