We offer a complete holistic approach to all aspects of your grief support. We feel strongly about considering you as a whole person - mind, body, and soul. This includes your physical body, emotional body, mental body, spiritual body, as well as social and lifestyle factors to provide comprehensive and beneficial grief support throughout your grieving and healing process.
We offer a range of holistic therapies to help you feel and understand your grief, process and shift your grief, and learn to use your inner resources to support you in navigating your grief. We believe that even after loss, you can live with purpose, allowing grief to transform you, and find that inner light that shines within you.

GRIEF
We allow a safe and sacred space for you to feel, share and express your grief. Unfortunately death is a part of life, and everyone will experience grief in their lifetime so our vision is to normalise grief by offering understanding and validation of the pain and heartbreak grief holds through compassion, honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity.
Our sole purpose and focus is to support you during the most difficult time in your life, and allow you to grieve your loss without judgement, and allow you to sit with your grief so you are able to process and shift it within yourself, whilst knowing you are not alone in this inconceivable dark and lonely path. As long as there is love, there will be grief. Carry that eternal love in your heart.

WELLNESS
We believe wellness is an essential part of the grieving and healing process. Often grievers find themselves in a dark place and stuck in their grief, which leads to neglecting their own self-care, and lacking any sort of self-love and self-compassion. We offer a range of wellness pathways we are passionate about to support you at any stage of your grief.
We offer grief-focused programs, retreats and counselling integrating grief yoga and meditation therapy to feel and shift grief in your body and mind, mindfulness for presence and grounding, and a range of arts therapies to express thoughts and emotions. Individual and group/community support is offered.
